About Us
Sharon E. Brown
Attorney Brown has over 20 years of experience in corporate regulatory compliance/administration, real estate, bankruptcy, and personal injury law. She worked as an auditor for a major CPA Firm and her role was to assure that major entities were working within local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. She has written many textbooks which are used to establish guidelines for their respective industries and these books are used in colleges and universities throughout the country. She has worked as a contract attorney in the areas of anti-trust, patent infringement, stock option grants, residential-mortgage backed securities, state and federal anti- kickback statutes and Stark Law for many blue-chip law firms.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California; Training Design & Development Study Program and Graduate Certificates in Paralegal Studies and Publishing from the University of California at Berkeley; Intellectual Property Study Program in Amsterdam, Netherlands from Tulane University Law School, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Howard University School of Law.
